System Administrator – IPRO MSP Team

IPRO, a leading Managed Services Provider and VoIP Cloud Hosting company, is seeking a System Administrator to support and administer Windows desktop and server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365, VMware, VDI, and network infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

  • Support & administer Windows OS (desktop & server), Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, Microsoft 365
  • Manage VMware and VDI environments
  • Troubleshoot and maintain network infrastructure (mostly Fortinet and HPE)
  • Deploy servers, desktops, and assist with migrations and upgrades
  • Act as an escalation point and mentor junior techs
  • Maintain documentation and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Skills & Experience

  • Windows desktop & server OS expertise
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Active Directory, DNS/DHCP configuration
  • VMware and VDI experience
  • Networking fundamentals (Fortinet preferred)
  • PowerShell scripting proficiency
