Payroll & Time Systems Administrator, Peachtree City, Georgia
When you join our team as a Payroll & Time Systems Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for payroll and time & attendance systems (ADP & UKG), providing hands-on support to front-line employees, supervisors, and HR across our business.
This role is deeply operational, supporting a large, hourly unionized workforce, and requires strong system configuration knowledge, issue resolution, and an understanding of how payroll and time processes translate into day-to-day operations.
You will take ownership of troubleshooting issues, identifying root causes, and ensuring accurate, compliant system outcomes while delivering clear, practical support to users in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
Support: Human Resources Functions & Employees:
  • Triage, answer and solve end-user support inquiries (calls, emails, chat, etc.) and assist them in a friendly, timely, and positive manner while documenting improvement opportunities for the HRIS Specialists and Manager.
  • Work as part of a team to meet and exceed Interfor service level agreements and customer service expectations.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver system administrators and employee/manager user training materials (how-to guides) and training sessions, leveraging our LMS, SharePoint, and Digital Adoption Platform (DAP).
  • Deliver routine daily/weekly/monthly reporting and respond to basic to intermediate ad hoc data requests and prepare reports, graphs, charts, and statistics in support of human resources operations.
  • Monitor and resolve system alerts, data feeds and integration errors.
  • Provide support to other areas of the Total Rewards Team as required.

  • Perform regular audits and integrity checks of the HR data to ensure data integrity and promote continuous improvement in data quality across the organization.
  • Record, review, and interpret data to determine its effectiveness, and research discrepancies.
  • Support and audit the flow of data between HR Systems, ensuring data accurately and timely passes between systems; and troubleshoot and prioritize the resolution of data errors quickly and tactfully.
  • Support additional duties and special projects to ensure the business is operating efficiently and in compliance with all current regulations.

Maintain: System Solutions:
  • Maintain full working knowledge of all HR Systems to support the organizations needs for system processes, workflows, and security; and support the maintenance, troubleshooting and design of HRIS modules and functions.
  • Support data collection and consolidation for various initiatives related to employee data, employee development programs, recruitment, and HRIS.
  • Assist in policy and procedures administration, including tracking updates and producing various HR reports; and create and maintain documentation on current and desired-state HR system processes, including data, systems, technology infrastructure, and business processes.

What You'll Bring to the Team
  • 1+ years of experience supporting payroll and/or time & attendance systems (UKG/Kronos, ADP Workforce Now preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration (pay rules, schedules, accruals, etc.) is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting a unionized workforce and interpreting collective agreements in a systems context is an asset (or strong willingness to learn).
  • Strong understanding of payroll and time processes in hourly, operational environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root cause and drive resolution.
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements) to support data analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, practical language to front-line users.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy, particularly in payroll-impacting work.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple issues in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability for outcomes.
