Job description

Finance Systems Administrator - Financial Markets Software Business

This is a brand new role with complete ownership of finance systems across a global business.

You are joining a well-established name in financial markets at a genuinely interesting moment. The business is growing through acquisition and takes a technology-first approach to everything it does. That means finance systems are not an afterthought here. They are central to how the business scales.

Because this position has never existed before, you are building it. You define how finance systems are managed, governed and developed across a global remit. There is no predecessor to unpick and no one telling you how it was always done. You set the standard.

Day to day you are owning NetSuite end to end, supporting integrations as the business continues to acquire companies, and working closely with finance and technology stakeholders across multiple regions. You are the person who understands both the system and the business logic behind it, and you use that to drive real improvements.

Scripting and SQL are part of how you work. When you see a problem you do not wait for someone else to solve it. You get into the data, understand what is happening and fix it properly.

M&A experience matters here. The business is acquisitive and you will be involved in systems work that supports that activity. You know what it takes to bring new entities into a finance systems environment cleanly and efficiently.

This is a senior position and you will be treated as one. You have done this before, you know NetSuite deeply, and you are ready to take full ownership rather than just maintain what someone else built.

Get in touch.
