Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Systems Functional Administrator to support our Finance organization to implement, analyze system requirements, enhance user experience and maintain day-to-day administration. You will serve as liaison for Finance to collaborate with IT to provide solutions to ensure high levels of Finance systems performance.
Let's talk job responsibilities:
  • User Support, troubleshoot and resolve user issues and questions related to Finance systems.
  • Liaise with users to track requirements and features.
  • Setup and manage Users Roles in compliance with SOX.
  • Manage user training and user documentation ensuring up-to-date reflection of current systems.
  • Collaboration with IT and developers to complete system enhancement project.
  • Manage integrations and data quality processes (validations, mappings, transformations, confirmations) and troubleshoot post integration issues from source systems to Netsuite.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
  • Support audit requests.
  • Other ad hoc reporting/system administration as needed. Be able to create moderate to advance queries.

Your experience and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or computer Information System or related field.
  • 2-4 years of Analyst or Administrator experience in financial applications, systems configuration, and/or implementation duties.
  • Prior experience with financial systems (Oracle ERP, EPM, NetSuite, Coupa, OneStream, Concur, Blackline) or similar systems.
  • Proficient with saved searches, formulas, reporting, creating dashboards, creating custom forms and creating workflows, and advanced in Excel.
  • Excellent communicator in both written and verbal and can communicate effectively with all levels of the business.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
