Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to support and enhance our enterprise Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. This individual will serve as a key member of the GRC Strategy team, partnering with risk, compliance, audit, business continuity, and technology stakeholders to design, configure, administer, and improve ServiceNow-based risk management solutions.

This role requires a strong blend of technical platform expertise, ServiceNow development skills, and stakeholder engagement capabilities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable configuring and developing ServiceNow IRM solutions while also translating business requirements into scalable platform functionality that supports enterprise risk management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

ServiceNow Platform Administration & Development

• Administer, configure, and enhance the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM).

• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, forms, workflows, dashboards, reports, and integrations.

• Build and maintain business rules, Flow Designer workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and other platform components.

• Monitor platform performance, user access, licenses, and overall system health.

• Support platform upgrades, releases, testing activities, and production deployments.

Integrated Risk Management Support

• Configure and support risk management processes including:

o Risk Assessments

o Risk Registers

o Control Management

o Issues and Remediation Tracking

o Policy & Compliance Management

o Business Continuity Management

• Support ongoing implementation and expansion of ServiceNow IRM capabilities across the organization.

• Maintain relationships between risks, controls, business processes, regulatory requirements, and remediation activities.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.

• Facilitate workshops and discussions with risk, compliance, audit, and operational teams.

• Recommend process improvements and technology solutions to increase efficiency and improve risk management capabilities.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders regarding platform functionality and best practices.

Testing & Release Management

• Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities.

• Coordinate defect resolution and validation activities during implementations and platform enhancements.

• Support release planning and deployment activities.

Data Governance & Platform Support

• Help maintain data quality and governance standards within ServiceNow and related GRC systems.

• Support data migration, reconciliation, and ongoing management of risk and control information.

• Assist with integration efforts involving legacy GRC platforms and other enterprise systems.

• Ensure platform configurations align with enterprise governance and security standards.

Agile Delivery & Backlog Management

• Support backlog management activities, including requirements documentation, user stories, prioritization, and sprint planning.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver platform enhancements and new functionality.

• Track enhancement requests and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Risk Management, or related field.

• 3+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience.

• 2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Experience supporting ServiceNow IRM/GRC solutions.

• Strong understanding of workflow configuration, platform customization, and ServiceNow administration.

• Experience creating and executing test scripts and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

• ServiceNow IRM, GRC, or Risk Management implementation experience.

• Experience supporting Business Continuity Management programs.

• Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated industries.

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Knowledge of risk management, compliance, internal audit, or operational risk frameworks.

Pay and Benefits
