Virginia Automotive Service in Glenn Allen, VA is looking to hire an exceptional Service Advisor to join our winning team! Platinum Plus provides the highest quality automotive services to its customers and is changing the way people think about auto repair. We believe in leading with honesty and integrity and doing things right the first time. If being part of a successful company that treats its employees like family is important to you, then Virginia Automotive Service is where you should be! The Service Advisor is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and selling recommended services and repairs. Service Advisors will greet and consult customers on their needs while providing value-added recommendations and education on our services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service either in person or by phone
  • Act as point of contact between technicians and customers
  • Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to enable technicians to properly diagnose and service the vehicle
  • Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes
  • Follow and promote our high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness.

  • Automotive knowledge with at least 2 years of working experience as a Service Advisor
