Welcome!

The Service Technician IV uses practical knowledge to complete moderately complex projects and assignments within the Technician Services family. Helps train or mentor less experienced employees. Works under general direction.
  • Manage tool calibration and readiness.
  • Prepare service kits with correct parts and PPE.
  • Run compliance checks on storage and labeling.
  • Collect and upload service evidence into CMMS.
  • Coordinate disposal of expired parts and consumables.
  • Train S1-S3 staff on staging and documentation standards.
  • Audit inventory and update logs.
  • Prepare surge kits for emergency response.
  • Support technicians during complex repairs.
  • Maintain organized toolrooms and storage areas.
Minimum Experience: 8+
Years Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
