Emergent Technologies Inc. is seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Developer / Integration Engineer to join our growing technology team in support of a mission-critical Government customer. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM and enterprise network monitoring platforms. Your work will help drive automation, enhance network visibility, and elevate IT service delivery across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and configure integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs, connectors, and custom scripting
  • Develop and automate workflows for incident management, change management, and network provisioning
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and provide ongoing operational support
  • Monitor integration performance and optimize reliability, scalability, and efficiency
  • Collaborate closely with ServiceNow administrators, network engineers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with mission objectives
  • Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to ensure long-term team success
Required Education, Experience & Skills

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Developers / Integration Specialists with a passion for enterprise technology and automation. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) is preferred, along with 11+ years of relevant experience, including:
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB

  • Strong experience integrating network management and monitoring applications via APIs and orchestration tools
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and PowerShell

  • Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing, VPNs, firewalls, and QoS
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist certification
  • Experience with SD-WAN technologies
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Background supporting large-scale enterprise IT environments with complex system integrations
