Strong integration development experience using REST, SOAP, and scripted APIs

Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms such as Splunk, Azure, Snowflake, or identity providers

Strong understanding of CSM/FSM workflows, including case management, work orders, dispatch, Agent Workspace, and CMDB-driven fulfillment

Experience working in domain-separated ServiceNow environments

Familiarity with modern ServiceNow UI technologies including UI Builder, Next Experience, Workspaces, and Service Portal

React experience or strong frontend development experience preferred

Experience with source control, CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, Azure DevOps, update sets, and application repository management

Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms

Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and architecture problem-solving skills

Ability to work cross-functionally, challenge requirements constructively, and contribute to solution design and technical direction

Strong communication skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset

Desired Skills:
