Requirements:
  • Lead with Safety: Promote a safety-first culture through training, briefings, and policy enforcement.
  • Team Leadership: Manage Non-CDL Drivers, onboarding, performance management, and operational support.
  • Hands-On Support: Step in as needed to maintain efficient route operations and ensure smooth service.
  • Enhance Service Quality: Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service.
  • Coaching & Performance: Conduct ride-alongs, provide coaching, and remove operational barriers to ensure success.
  • Optimize Operations: Ensure compliance with industry standards and improve route sequencing for efficiency.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee truck maintenance and manage delivery/pick-up logistics.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, focusing on customer retention and customer growth through securing contract renewals and identifying upselling opportunities.
