**Responsibilities**

  • Greet customers and scheduling service appointments
  • Document customers’ concerns and comments.
  • Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs
  • Translate customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
  • Explain repairs to customers and review service history
  • Test-drive vehicles to confirm service repairs.
  • Provide accurate estimates of the cost and time needed for repairs.
  • Handle customer complaints making sure to keep our customers satisfied.
  • Coordinate parts ordering and follow up appointment with customers.
  • Provide the highest levels of customer service to retain dealership clientele.

**Qualifications**

  • Service advisor/writer experience required
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • CDK experience helpful.
  • Professional appearance and attitude required
