As a Senior Technical Program Manager you’ll be responsible for large-scale, complex, and strategic technology projects and programs across the Petivity Ecosystem. The Program Manager will leverage extensive technical expertise to plan, organize, and manage resources, processes, timelines, and budgets. You will be pivotal in ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes that align with our business and technology objectives.

  • Lead end-to-end technical program delivery across complex cross-functional teams supporting the Petivity ecosystem, including connected devices, mobile and web applications, firmware, cloud services, AI-driven insights, and partner integrations.
  • Manage the delivery of technical strategies and initiatives that enhance pet parent engagement and adoption of Petivity digital products and services.
  • Guide strategic contributors and multi-disciplinary technical teams to achieve project objectives and business outcomes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables for completeness and accuracy.
  • Integrate and manage vendor activities, including tracking, reviewing, and approving vendor deliverables where applicable.
  • Share responsibility with technology leaders for budget, schedule, milestone, and cost–benefit decisions.
  • Lead post-implementation reviews and evaluate project outcomes to inform future initiatives.

Requirements

  • PH.D in Engineering Mechanics
  • 12+ of years of experience with complex technical project or program management in the Internet of Things space
  • 1+ years of experience working in the pet care industry

The approximate pay range for this position is $139,000 to $185,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
