Role Description:

Program Ownership & Delivery

Act as the Technical Program Manager, owning delivery from inception through launch and post-launch operations.

Drive execution of outcomes that span multiple teams, services, domains, and integrations across the enterprise.

Manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments in Agile and hybrid delivery models.

Serve as the primary point of accountability for program outcomes, timelines, and quality.

Execution Excellence & Risk Management

Identify and remove blockers, resolve cross-team dependencies, and consistently find paths forward in complex situations.

Anticipate risks early, lead mitigation strategies, and manage escalations effectively.

Create predictable delivery paths for large and complex initiatives by reducing ambiguity and improving planning rigor.

Establish operating rhythms, execution mechanisms, and reporting structures that scale beyond individual programs.

Technical Leadership

Partner deeply with senior engineers and architects to influence system design, technical trade-offs, and long-term scalability.

Dive deep into architecture, APIs, data flows, and system dependencies to inform decisions and surface hidden risks.

Evaluate designs for scalability, performance, reliability, security, and operational readiness.

Help teams make informed trade-off decisions by balancing business goals, customer experience, and platform strategy.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Clearly articulate scope, timelines, dependencies, owners, risks, and mitigations.

Communicate program status, trade-offs, and decisions crisply to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Act as the source of truth for program status, ensuring the right information reaches the right audience at the right time.

Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise narratives for executive and non-technical audiences.

Continuous Improvement & Leadership

Regularly review metrics and improve data-driven visibility into program health and outcomes.

Identify opportunities to streamline processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and improve execution effectiveness.

Mentor and raise the bar for other TPMs by sharing best practices and modeling strong ownership and execution discipline.

Stay current with evolving technologies and apply insights to improve delivery and design outcomes.

Qualifications

Required

8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, system architecture, or technical productprogram management.

Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise-grade technical programs from concept through launch.

Strong understanding of software development fundamentals, including distributed systems, APIs, data stores, and cloud services.

Experience managing cross-team dependencies and delivering results in fast-paced environments.

Ability to read and reason about code and architecture (hands-on coding not required).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
