Client Relationship

  • Serve as the primary point of contact at client in St. Louis, building trusted relationships with senior technology and product stakeholders
  • Lead weekly and monthly governance reviews with Customer -status, risks, decisions, and roadmap alignment
  • Identify and develop expansion opportunities within the engagement -new SOWs, scope additions, and capability demonstrations

Delivery Accountability

  • Own end-to-end delivery health across all active SOWs -quality, velocity, SLA adherence, and milestone tracking
  • Manage escalations swiftly and visibly
  • Work closely with the India delivery team and US-based technical leads to maintain delivery rhythm and resolve blockers
  • Drive the onboarding and ramp plan for new team members joining the engagement -ensure they meet Customer’s standards before client exposure

Program Governance

  • Maintain the engagement health dashboard -RAG status, financials, headcount, and forecast
  • Own the SOW scope boundary -track change requests, flag scope creep early, and coordinate with the Engagement Director on commercial implications
  • Ensure all Customer compliance, security, and access requirements are met for the full delivery team
  • Coordinate with the Project managers, PMO Lead on reporting, RAID logs, and action tracking

People and Team

  • Partner with HR and recruitment on onboarding, retention, and performance of client-facing team members
  • Represent the India team's work credibly to Customer -translate offshore delivery into client-visible outcomes

Account Growth and Mining

  • Proactively identify whitespace within the account -new business units, adjacent teams, and unmet technology needs that can address
  • Collaborate with Mphasis pre-sales and solutions teams to shape and respond to new opportunities within the account
  • Track competitor footprint within and develop displacement strategies where relevant


Skillset

  • 15 to 20 years of overall IT experience, with at least 10 plus years in client-facing delivery management roles
  • Prior experience managing large-scale technology delivery engagement for Fortune 500 clients -financial services or payments strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of managing distributed India-US delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of payments technology -card networks, payment processing, digital payments, or adjacent domains
  • Excellent executive communication skills -comfortable presenting to C-level and VP-level stakeholders at a sophisticated client like
  • US work authorization -must be based in or willing to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri

Strong Preference

  • Prior experience working with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, or similar global payment network
  • Familiarity with MSA-level contract management and SOW governance
  • Experience managing a bench-to-billing ramp -identifying, onboarding, and deploying large teams under time pressure
  • GitHub Copilot or AI-assisted development delivery experience
