The Opportunity
As a Senior Tech Recruiter at Superhuman, you'll take full ownership of our business recruiting funnel, driving outcomes from initial sourcing through closing and onboarding. You'll strategically design and optimize each stage of the recruiting funnel-engaging passive prospects, qualifying candidates, managing interviews, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. You'll partner closely with stakeholders and hiring managers at every stage, building collaborative relationships to deeply understand role needs and team culture. Reporting to our Head of NA Technical Recruiting, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to build and sustain critical pipelines that support the growth of our diverse teams and ensure seamless communication and alignment across all recruitment efforts.
In this role, you will:
  • Design and lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for high-priority and complex roles.
  • Build, influence, and maintain deep partnerships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Architect and continually improve screening, assessment, and interview frameworks to ensure efficiency and mitigate funnel drop-off.
  • Analyze and report recruiting funnel data, identifying trends and driving continuous process improvements.
  • Evaluate, calibrate, and elevate candidate experience at every stage for consistency with company values.
  • Strategically develop, own, and amplify employment branding initiatives.
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced diversity and inclusion efforts across the recruiting journey.
  • Champion cross-team alignment, ensuring seamless stakeholder communication, onboarding, and process excellence from sourcing through hiring.
