Job Description Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Recruiter to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team supporting enterprise technology hiring. This is a strategic, full-desk recruiting role responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle while serving as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders. The recruiter will support a portfolio of approximately 20-25 active requisitions across a designated business area, recruiting for a variety of technology positions, including Data & AI, Mainframe, Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and other enterprise technology roles.

Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings through sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support for technology positions. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, develop recruiting strategies, and provide consultative guidance throughout the hiring process. Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive technical talent across multiple technology disciplines.

Recruit for a broad range of technical positions, including Data & AI, Mainframe, Software Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and emerging technology roles. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market intelligence, competitive insights, compensation trends, talent availability, and recommendations that support hiring decisions. Identify recruiting challenges, anticipate hiring roadblocks, and develop creative solutions to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality.

Required Qualifications 6+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technology recruiting. Experience managing full-desk recruiting responsibilities from sourcing through offer acceptance. Background recruiting for a variety of enterprise technology positions within large organizations.

Experience supporting hiring for Data & AI, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Mainframe, Cloud, or other technical disciplines. Strong consultative approach with the ability to influence hiring managers and advise stakeholders on recruiting strategy and market conditions.
