Harley-Davidson Motor Company, founded in a humble Milwaukee backyard shed in 1903, still calls the city home. Today, its Corporate Campus includes a 4.8-acre public park—a welcoming greenspace open to all. Join our team as a Mgr Talent.
The Talent Manager reports to the Head of Talent Management COE and is responsible for leading a Center of Excellence area (talent management and leadership development) in creating, implementing and supporting the company’s talent platforms to execute business strategy. The Talent Manager will provide thought leadership and facilitate the development and delivery of a strategic framework for talent initiatives and programs across the enterprise, proactively integrating global perspectives in the development of strategies, processes, and metrics in Harley-Davidson’s worldwide locations. The Talent Manager will collaborate with other COE’s (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, etc.) to ensure an integrated approach to the employee lifecycle.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
