We are growing and looking for a high-performing Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who understands the skilled trades market, thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment, and knows how to leverage modern AI and sourcing technology to identify and engage top talent.


Position Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for skilled trades and facility management positions nationwide. This role is ideal for a recruiter who already has experience recruiting within HVAC, MEP, building automation, facilities maintenance, construction trades, or industrial maintenance sectors.

You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and placing highly qualified candidates while building long-term relationships with both clients and talent pipelines. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, tech-savvy, and highly motivated by commission-based earnings.

This role offers commission from day one, with strong earning potential well into six figures.


Compensation
  • Base Salary: $55,000$70,000

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through placement
  • Recruit for skilled trade and facility management roles including:
    • HVAC Technicians
    • Refrigeration Technicians
    • Journeyman Electricians
    • Journeyman Plumbers/Pipefitters
    • Controls Engineers
    • BAS/BMS Technicians
    • Maintenance Managers
    • Mechanical Designers
    • Industrial Maintenance Technicians
    • Building Engineers
  • Conduct candidate screening, interviewing, qualification, and presentation to clients
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, offer negotiations, and onboarding support
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
  • Utilize advanced sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, databases, and trade-specific platforms
  • Build and maintain active pipelines of skilled trade professionals
  • Engage passive candidates through creative outreach campaigns
  • Develop long-term relationships with candidates and industry professionals
AI & Recruiting Technology
  • Leverage AI-powered sourcing and recruiting tools to improve efficiency and candidate engagement
  • Use automation, Boolean search strategies, CRM/ATS systems, and data-driven recruiting techniques
  • Continuously identify new technologies and recruiting methods to gain a competitive advantage
Client & Market Partnership
  • Collaborate with sales/account managers and leadership to understand client hiring needs
  • Maintain knowledge of labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and trade industry demands
  • Provide consultative hiring recommendations and talent market insight

QualificationsRequired Experience
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience within:
    • Skilled trades
