The individual would help us out with the following:

• Monitoring of services and communication of issues to TIS leadership team

o Exchange Online

o Power Apps

o Entra ID

o Azure Compute

o Teams

o SharePoint Online

o OneDrive

o Office Apps

• Provide tier-one troubleshooting of above services, and interact with our MS support provider for higher-level troubleshooting

• Basic management tasks such as user/group and policy management and changes following OIT change management processes

• Identity management monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting

o Synchronization from on-premises Active Directory

o Conditional Access

o MFA

• Microsoft Graph API

• Other M365 tasks as identified

• Maintain best practices for systems configurations and IT security and follow least-privilege model
