We have an outstanding opportunity for a Sr. Software Developer to join one of the most exciting and fastest growing companies in the industry.  In this role you will report directly to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and drive our digital strategy from its initial stage to a fully developed AI-driven digital decisioning platform.  The ideal candidate must have strong analytical and statistical skills, including proficiency in SQL-based account analysis and Business Intelligence to enable the identification/implementation of data-driven decisions to solve problems and increase operational efficiencies. 

Responsibilities:

  • Direct all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical leadership and hands-on development support using C#, .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards, including code reviews, automated testing, and performance testing.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project priorities, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of quality software solutions.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and technical recommendations to leadership and business partners.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in development processes and technology.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor''s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a software development environment.
  • Advanced experience with C#, .NET Core, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, software architecture, and quality assurance practices.
  • Experience managing software development projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with collections systems or within the collections industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
