Job description

Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for compassionate, dependable Caregivers to join our growing team. If you have a heart for helping seniors live safely and comfortably in their homes, we’d love to meet you.


Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing)

  • Provide companionship and emotional support

  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping

  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation

  • Run errands and provide transportation as needed

  • Observe and report changes in client condition

  • Follow individualized care plans


Qualifications
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred (professional or family)

  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance

  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable

  • Ability to lift, bend, and assist with mobility as required

  • CNA or HHA certification a plus (not required)


Schedule
  • Immediate work available

  • All shifts available

  • Full-time and part-time opportunities

  • Ability to work on more than one case

  • Minimum of 40 hours per month required to remain active


Training & Support
  • Paid onboarding and ongoing training

  • On-site training and support with a Caregiver Mentor

  • PPE provided

  • CNA licensing assistance after 6 months of employment
    (Additional eligibility requirements apply)


Pay & Incentives
  • $300 Sign-On Bonus after 60 days
    (Must work 25+ hours per week and remain compliant)
