Leapros Skilled Trades is actively hiring Senior Project Scheduler in New Carlisle, IN. The Senior Project Scheduler is responsible for managing complex electrical construction schedules with over 10,000 activities using Primavera P6 and Lean Construction methodologies. An ideal candidate possesses deep expertise in CPM-based software, electrical BIM workflows, and the leadership capability to mentor project teams while driving strategic schedule optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6, managing over 10,000 activities with minimal oversight.
- Facilitate Lean Construction practices including Pull Planning, Lookaheads, and tracking Percent Plan Complete (PPC).
- Manage QuickBase Kit Dates and track procurement through the project schedule to ensure material alignment with field needs.
- Conduct advanced Time Impact Analyses (TIA) for Change Order submissions and identify mitigation strategies for critical path bottlenecks.
- Perform detailed 'what-if' analyses to evaluate alternative paths, assess impacts, and recommend recovery or optimization plans.
- Leverage construction drawings and BIM models to identify sequencing errors and proactively drive project dates.
- Analyze advanced financials, budgets, and constraints to accurately forecast upcoming work for project teams.
- Mentor and onboard schedulers while creating and quality-checking Enterprise-level Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Lead on-site electrical coordination and pull planning meetings with field leadership and management.
- Conduct construction site walks to assist with Reality Capture and help project teams understand physical schedule implications.
Qualifications:
- 1-5 years of professional scheduling experience within the construction industry.
- Expert-level proficiency in using CPM-based project management software, specifically Primavera P6.
- Experience with Lean Construction practices, including the Last Planner System and integrating Pull Planning sequences into schedules.
- Thorough understanding of electrical construction, fabrication, and BIM workflows and processes.
- Strong technical competency reading floor plans, sections, elevations, and project specifications.
- Advanced computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite applications.
- Ability to manage several concurrent responsibilities and prioritize tasks demanding immediate attention.
- Proven capability to lead a team and mentor others within a project or department setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for discussing advanced project financials and constraints.

- Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time while operating computers and technology.
- Ability to move about the office or jobsite as needed to perform essential duties and inspections.

- Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels and vary environmental conditions typical of construction environments.
- Ability to travel to various work locations and project sites as required, including some overnight travel.
Pay Transparency:
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 to $140,000 annually, based on relevant factors such as experience, skills, education, internal equity, and geographic location. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process by the hiring authority.
