Job description

Action Officer - Level II
Location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MDClearance Required: Secret Clearance
**This position is contingent upon contract award**
Job Description and Responsibilities:
  • Experience providing comprehensive administrative and program support within a fast-paced program office.
  • Proficient in preparing, reviewing, and tracking official documentation, including suspense reports, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Experience in providing direct support to program leadership through the development of briefing materials, creation of data visualizations (graphs/charts), and coordination of daily office activities such as scheduling, travel, and supplies.
  • Experience providing day-to-day operational support for the office, such as facilitating meetings by managing audio-visual systems and executing routine administrative tasks.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three (3) years of Action Officer experience is required
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Substitutions: Four (4) additional years of related experience will substitute for Bachelor's degree
