About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who's eager to help transform how Salesforce and its customers work by turning cutting-edge technology capabilities into real-world solutions. This role is about applying emerging technologies to solve customer problems, drive experimentation, and deliver products that people love. You'll work side-by-side with senior product leaders and a small, fast-moving team that thrives on rapid iteration and bold ideas. We ship production-ready MVPs in months, not years, and we measure success by the impact we create for customers (both internal and external).
Emerging Technology operates like an innovation lab inside Salesforce - taking smart risks, testing new ideas quickly, and building experiences that shape the future of how we work. You'll gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies, work closely with a variety of teams across the company, and have the freedom to explore and bring fresh ideas to life. If you're excited to build with next-generation technology and grow your product career in a high-visibility environment, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with the product, design and engineering teams to define requirements, prioritize features, and drive execution of innovative technology experiences

  • Translate complex customer problems into simple, elegant solutions that deliver measurable value to our end users

  • Participate in rapid prototyping and experimentation cycles, learning to validate concepts with data, insights, and customer feedback

  • Work across product, design, engineering, and operations to deliver solutions on tight timelines

  • Engage directly with customers and early adopters to test ideas, gather feedback, and uncover new opportunities

  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the team

  • Contribute to product roadmaps, write crisp product requirements, and track success metrics

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in product management or a related role (software engineering, design, or strategy experience a plus)

  • Familiarity with emerging technologies, data-driven products, or innovative technology platforms (direct experience with cutting-edge tools or technologies is a strong plus, but not required)

  • Proven ability to drive execution: translating ideas into features we can ship and iterating based on results

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders

  • Customer-first mindset, with experience gathering insights and turning them into product decisions

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity as priorities shift and the work evolves

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a technical or analytical discipline

  • Prior experience working in an early-stage, 0-to-1 product environment

  • Background in emerging or experimental technology spaces (AI, spatial computing, enterprise tools, etc.)

  • Experience with customer-facing tools and user interface design

Why Join?

You'll get hands-on exposure to technologies that haven't hit the mainstream yet, direct access to senior product leaders, and the freedom to shape a roadmap rather than just execute one. This is a high-visibility team where the distance between an idea and a shipped product is short.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance andbe your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you cando your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future - but to redefine what's possible - for yourself, for AI, and the world.
