Summary of Position:
NVE Experience Agency is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Senior Producer to lead the creation of memorable experiences and ensure successful program delivery to our clients. As a Senior Producer on our team, you will oversee all aspects of event production, collaborating with other teams on concept development, and ensuring flawless execution. Job Responsibilities:
Project Delivery
  • Provide seamless pre-production & on-site execution across multiple projects
  • Manage and execute programs up to $1MM++, taking full ownership of production processes
  • Ensure project / program is delivered on-time, within budget, and exceeds client expectations
  • Serve as a key communicator between cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Ensure projects are resourced effectively and efficiently, both for project team as well as external vendors

Client Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring that all client needs are addressed and executed in a timely manner
  • Own all client communications regarding production timelines, budget tracking, and program logistics

Budget Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets for both their own programs and direct reports
  • Oversee invoice coordination, vendor payments, and budget reconciliations
  • Work closely with finance teams to ensure timely and accurate project closeouts

Team Management
  • Demonstrates ability to manage & lead large project teams as well as 2+ direct reports
  • Work closely with production leadership to develop training and growth plans for team members including goal setting and tracking in performance management system
  • Set regular check-ins with teams to discuss project related work and feedback in a timely manner
  • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment to ensure all deliverables are met
  • Conduct ongoing mentorship and training sessions to foster career development
  • Ensure team compliance with timesheet tracking, expense reporting, and onboarding policies
  • Interview and hire full time and freelance support to guarantee projects are flawlessly executed within target margin
  • Ensure all team members are on-boarding temporary production staff in accordance with company policy

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of proven event production experience required, with at least 2-3 years of management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Production role as it pertains to cross-departmental workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuition
  • Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility and accountability for results
  • Strong leadership and team coaching skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced, agency environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, social media sites
  • Thorough understanding of permitting standards (Including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully manage production timelines and needs as related to permit procurement
  • Knowledge of fabrication/scenic and technical production.

Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working onsite
  • Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items
  • While working onsite, must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed
  • Have a valid Driver's License
  • Available to work weekends and evenings as needed for event

Location: We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in any of our hub locations.

Salary Estimation: [$115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year]
This is an exempt full-time position. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to - location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job-related qualifications.
