Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager

Role Overview
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for sourcing, vendor engagement, and purchasing activities in support of Infinium’s commercial-scale energy and infrastructure projects and products. This role will lead procurement strategies for major equipment packages and services, manage supplier relationships, and ensure that purchasing activities align with project schedules, budgets, technical requirements, and Infinium’s commercial and sustainability objectives.

Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute procurement strategies for major equipment, materials, and services supporting large industrial and energy infrastructure projects.
· Lead sourcing and vendor engagement activities, including supplier prequalification, RFQ/RFP development, bid solicitation, and commercial evaluation.
· Coordinate closely with engineering teams to align technical specifications with sourcing strategies and commercial terms for complex equipment and systems.
· Evaluate supplier proposals, conduct cost and commercial analysis, and prepare award recommendations.
· Lead or support negotiations of pricing, delivery terms, payment milestones, warranties, and other commercial conditions.
· Manage supplier relationships throughout the procurement lifecycle.
· Oversee purchase order execution, contract compliance, and change management.
· Track procurement schedules and long-lead items to ensure alignment with project timelines.
· Interface with finance and project controls on budget management and forecasting.
· Ensure procurement activities align with Infinium’s standards for safety, sustainability, and ethical sourcing.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
· 5–10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles supporting large industrial or energy projects.
· Experience procuring large, complex equipment packages and long-lead items.
· Strong understanding of procurement processes and contract structures.
· Proven negotiation and supplier management skills.
· Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, legal, finance, and project teams.
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
