Job Summary
The Procurement Analyst supports the Procurement organization across all ZOLL ACT sites by delivering data-driven insights that improve cost efficiency, supplier performance, supply continuity, and inventory visibility. This role partners closely with Purchasing, Direct Materials Sourcing, Cost Reduction, Supplier Quality Engineering, to transform procurement and operational data into actionable insights, standardized reporting, and process improvements.
This position plays a key role in supporting procurement operations, enhancing data visibility, improving reporting capabilities, and helping drive better business decisions across the organization.
Essential Functions
  • Develop, maintain, and improve procurement dashboards, reports, and performance metrics across all ZOLL ACT sites
  • Analyze procurement and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support standardized KPI reporting for Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Quality, and leadership teams
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc analysis related to spend, supplier performance, inventory, and procurement operations
  • Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights for stakeholders
  • Analyze procurement spend across suppliers, commodities, and sites to identify savings opportunities and support cost reduction initiatives
  • Support cost and price variance analysis, including procurement-related financial metrics
  • Develop and maintain supplier performance reporting and scorecards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide visibility to supplier-related performance, quality, and operational trends
  • Support procurement and supply planning activities through data analysis and reporting
  • Maintain and validate key procurement and planning-related data within Oracle Cloud
  • Analyze changes in demand, supply, and inventory to identify material risks and operational impacts
  • Analyze inventory trends, shortages, excess inventory, and material-related risks across all ZOLL ACT sites
  • Support reporting and visibility related to inventory health and supply continuity
  • Identify opportunities to improve inventory positioning, reduce risk, and enhance material availability
  • Provide analytical and operational support to buyers and purchasing teams
  • Assist with reporting and data needed to improve purchasing execution, prioritization, and supplier communication
  • Support review of open purchase orders, delivery changes, and other purchasing-related metrics
  • Maintain and improve data quality for supplier, item, and procurement-related information used in reporting and planning
  • Support standardization of procurement reporting structures and site-level visibility across all ZOLL ACT sites
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through reporting automation, process improvements, and better use of systems and tools

Required/Preferred Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, planning, analytics, or related functions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, formulas, power query and data analysis tools
  • Experience working within ERP systems, preferably Oracle Cloud
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting procurement, purchasing, or supply planning processes in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with supplier performance reporting, spend analysis, inventory analysis, and KPI development
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Oracle Fusion Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau
  • Understanding of procurement, sourcing, planning, and inventory management concepts

The annual salary for this position is:
$90,000.00 to $110,000.00
