MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Lead Procurement Analyst to join our team in Oahu, HI.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • The Lead Procurement Analyst leads the technical execution of procurement acceleration strategies and validates the accuracy of technical specifications to minimize acquisition delays.
  • They coordinate the investigation of procurement bottlenecks and lead the development of technical root-cause analyses for supply chain "choke points." They monitor vendor performance against aggressive timelines and validate the implementation of streamlined SOW templates.
  • The Lead Procurement Analyst executes strategic procurement expediting throughout the Indo-Pacific theater.
  • They translate program-level mission needs into actionable technical specifications and precise SOWs designed to bypass traditionally slow acquisition hurdles and reduce PALT.
  • They proactively interface with mission partners to identify and resolve procurement risks before they impact regional readiness and ensure all "asymmetric" requirements meet audit standards.
  • The Lead Procurement Analyst provides leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 10+ years experience.
  • Deep fluency in FAR/DFARS.
  • Significant experience drafting complex SOWs and technical requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

  • PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Experience with DoD contract management software.
  • Professional capacity for strategic process mapping and reducing PALT.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must hold an active secret clearance

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
  • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.  In addition, MANTECH invests in its employees beyond just compensation.  MANTECH's benefits offerings include, dependent upon position, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, short-term and long-term Disability, Retirement and Savings, Learning and Development opportunities, wellness programs as well as other optional benefit elections.
