What Youโ€™ll Be Doing:

โ€ข Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes
โ€ข Analyze production data and implement corrective actions to improve performance
โ€ข Support APQP activities including Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans
โ€ข Maintain process documentation such as SOPs and work instructions
โ€ข Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve issues
โ€ข Support new equipment installation and process improvements
โ€ข Monitor key process KPIs such as scrap, yield, and cycle time
โ€ข Participate in audits and ensure compliance with quality standards
โ€ข Support training and development of operators

What Weโ€™re Looking For:

โ€ข Bachelorโ€™s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
โ€ข 3โ€“5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing
โ€ข Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
โ€ข Experience with APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA
โ€ข Strong problemโ€‘solving and analytical skills

Bonus Points If You Have:

โ€ข Experience supporting IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 environments
โ€ข Experience participating in audits and compliance programs
