We are seeking a highly organized recruiting professional who thrives in executive-level talent acquisition environments and understands the complexity, confidentiality, and coordination required to support strategic lateral partner hiring initiatives.This position is ideal for professionals who have successfully supported senior-level recruiting processes, managed multiple stakeholders, coordinated complex interview schedules, and delivered exceptional candidate experiences within legal, professional services, or executive recruiting environments.The Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator will serve as a critical partner to firm leadership, practice group leaders, recruiting teams, search firms, and prospective partner candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.HireNow SnapshotThe Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator will coordinate and execute high-level recruiting initiatives while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates, firm leadership, and external recruiting partners.Key responsibilities include:
