Job description

iT1, a leading national technology solution provider headquartered in Tempe, AZ, is looking for a skilled and experienced Partner Coordinator to join our Marketing team. iT1 has been ranked as one of Arizona's Best Places to Work for over a decade, running in the Small Business category. You will be exposed to many of the top technology offerings in the market and can work with some of the most talented people in the country.

The Partner Coordinator builds and maintains strong relationships with key partners and vendors to maximize the value of their programs, including tiering, rebates, programs and Market Development Funds (MDF). This role supports revenue growth by coordinating partner engagement, ensuring program requirements and agreements are current, and driving efficient MDF planning, execution, and claims to deliver measurable ROI. 

Requirements

Partner Relationships 

  • Develop OEM Partner Relationships with a set number of partners and vendors 
  • Advocate the OEM partner solutions to sales 
  • Manage onsite visits with partners 
  • Maintain a regular cadence with partners monthly or quarterly  

Partner and Vendor Tiering and Rebates 

  • Document the current tiering level of each OEM partner assigned 
  • Determine what is needed to maintain and/or move to the next level 
  • Work with the certification team to identify certifications required and key deadlines 
  • Request signed agreements between iT1 and partners to determine if they are current or when due for renewal 

Partner MDF 

  • Manage MDF for assigned OEM partners 
  • Understand these programs and the parameters 
  • Identify new opportunities for MDF by leading with value proposition of our Partner activities 
  •  Lead with value and find activities to impact ROI 
  • Sell and support activities 
  • Gather POP and ROI post-activity for claiming  
  • Grow MDF revenue through key programs and successful ROI 
  • Efficient claiming process to maintain a net 45 payment from date of activity  

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: 

  • 1 year of vendor or partner experience 
  • Must be energetic,enthusiasticand have a passion formanagingand completing tasks 
  • Demonstrated experience with time management 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, written, and verbal 
  • Excellent organization, and multitasking skills 
  • Preferred: Experience with CRM Systems (Salesforce, HubSpot etc.) 
  • Preferred: Proficiency with Monday.com or similar work management systems 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS MAY INCLUDE: 

  • Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day 
  • Keyboarding for 8 hours per day 
  • Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print) 
  • Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers) 
  • Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)
