The Partner Coordinator builds andย maintainsย strong relationships withย keyย partnersย andย vendorsย to maximize the value ofย theirย programs, including tiering, rebates,ย programsย and Market Development Funds (MDF). This role supports revenue growth by coordinating partner engagement, ensuring program requirements and agreements are current, and driving efficient MDF planning, execution, and claims to deliver measurable ROI.ย 

Requirements

Partner Relationshipsย 

  • Developย OEM Partnerย Relationships withย a set number ofย partnersย and vendorsย 
  • Advocate theย OEMย partner solutions to salesย 
  • Manage onsite visitsย with partnersย 
  • Maintain a regular cadenceย with partners monthly or quarterlyย ย 

Partnerย and Vendorย Tiering andย Rebatesย 

  • Documentย the current tiering levelย of eachย OEMย partnerย assignedย 
  • Determineย what is needed toย maintainย and/or move to the next levelย 
  • Work with the certification team toย identifyย certificationsย requiredย and key deadlinesย 
  • Request signed agreements between iT1 and partners toย determineย if they are current or when due for renewalย 

Partnerย MDFย 

  • Manage MDF forย assigned OEMย partnersย 
  • Understand these programs and the parametersย 
  • Identifyย new opportunities for MDFย by leading with valueย propositionย of ourย Partner activitiesย 
  • ย Lead with value and findย activitiesย toย impact ROIย 
  • Sellย and support activitiesย 
  • Gather POP and ROI post-activity for claimingย ย 
  • Grow MDF revenue through key programs and successful ROIย 
  • Efficient claiming process toย maintainย a net 45 payment from date of activityย ย 

JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:ย 

  • 1ย year ofย vendorย or partner experienceย 
  • Must be energetic,enthusiasticand have a passion formanagingand completingย tasksย 
  • Demonstrated experienceย with time managementย 
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, written,ย and verbalย 
  • Excellentย organization, and multitasking skillsย 
  • Preferred:ย Experience with CRM Systems (Salesforce,ย HubSpotย etc.)ย 
  • Preferred:ย Proficiencyย withย Monday.com or similarย work management systemsย 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS MAY INCLUDE:ย
