Job description

Position Summary

As a Senior Partner Manager at Virtuous, you will own and grow a portfolio of strategic partners, driving measurable impact across partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, contributing to team pipeline and revenue goals.

You will develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies focused on referral and partner-driven growth, while operating as a business owner for your partner portfolio. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and execution, with responsibility for defining partner strategy and scaling pipeline generation across the portfolio.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for key partners while aligning internal teams to maximize the value of the partner ecosystem.

Success in this role is defined by the ability to convert partner engagement into measurable pipeline and revenue impact, while identifying opportunities to expand and mature partner engagement models over time.

You will report to the Director of Partnerships and play a key role in owning and evolving the partner ecosystem to drive measurable business impact.

ResponsibilitiesPartner Ownership & Growth
  • Own and grow a portfolio of high-value partners to generate partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, contributing to overall team pipeline and revenue goals

  • Build and maintain strong executive and working-level relationships with partners

  • Identify opportunities to deepen and evolve partner engagement over time

Go-to-Market & Pipeline Generation
  • Develop and execute joint business plans and go-to-market strategies with partners

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through referrals, joint initiatives, and partner activation

  • Own visibility into partner performance, including pipeline contribution, engagement, and outcomes

  • Engage in deal cycles where partners are involved, ensuring alignment and coordination to move opportunities forward

Partner Lifecycle Management
  • Identify, recruit, and activate new partners aligned to Virtuous’ ideal partner profile

  • Lead onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement to ensure partners are equipped to successfully position Virtuous

  • Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive accountability

Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Act as the cross-functional lead for partner initiatives, aligning Sales, Marketing, Product, on priorities to maximize partner impact

  • Ensure consistent and coordinated communication with partners to avoid duplication and deliver a seamless experience

  • Bring partner and market insights back into the organization to inform product, GTM, and ecosystem strategy

Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in SaaS partnerships, sales, or similar field. Nonprofit Tech experience is a plus

  • Proven ability to drive business impact through partnerships, including pipeline generation and deal involvement

  • Experience driving partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline through referral or partner-driven motions

  • Cross-functional expertise across the full sales lifecycle, with a proven ability to align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue

  • Experience managing partners across the full partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and growth

  • Experience leading partner business reviews (QBRs) and driving accountability against performance metrics

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute and drive measurable outcomes

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to operate independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience working with agencies, system integrators, or SaaS ecosystems is a plus

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study preferred

  • Willingness to travel as needed
