Job description

Vivaldi is seeking a dynamic Senior Partner who has proven experience in selling and managing brand and business transformation programs. The candidate should excel in driving growth and executing perfectly at the intersection of brand, innovation, technology, and marketing strategies.

Based in the New York tri-state area, the Senior Partner's primary duties will encompass client origination, development, and acquisition, along with mentoring and advancing the growth of cross-functional teams.

We are looking for an exceptional candidate who can not only attract new clients but also work with current ones on business strategies, translating these into transformative programs and initiatives. This individual will lead a dynamic team of strategists, creatives, and technologists to drive meaningful change, innovation, and results for our clients.

Job Description:

  • Co-lead the growth of the firm in the US and globally.
  • Drive business growth and results.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Generate new leads through outreach, networking, and prospecting.
  • Lead efforts to market the firm and promote its capabilities.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities with current and prospective clients.
  • Manage proposal development and ensure pitch responses are winning new clients.
  • Build, lead, and mentor teams of consultants and creatives to deliver high-quality results.
  • Ensure high-quality client deliverables, offering actionable recommendations.
  • Manage account plans and develop deeper connections within client organizations.
  • Oversee project scope, direction, and contract structuring.
  • Ensure account growth and project profitability.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration and maintain open communication with leadership and partners.
  • Attract new leaders, employees, and potential acquisition or partnership opportunities for the firm's growth.
  • Drive innovation and continuously improve the firm's offerings leveraging broader capabilities of the firm.
  • Manage and expand strategic partnerships to support business growth.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 15+ years of brand strategy, innovation, marketing, or AI and/or new technology experience, with an extensive background in consulting or digital strategy.
  • Proven success in generating business, leading pitches, and working with Fortune 500 clients.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and employees.
  • High energy, driven, results-oriented, and assertive.
  • Self-starter with a pioneering mindset, able to take ownership and solve problems quickly.
  • Strong creative thinking, insights generation and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication abilities.
  • Team player with a sincere interest in business strategy, innovation, technology and how brands grow today.
  • Foreign language skills are a bonus.
  • The ability to work from our Manhattan office (typically 2-3 days a week in person), and travel over-night to client locations as needed.

The salary range for this position is $210,000 - $300,000 per year, which is determined by a number of factors including prior experience, education, skills, and geographic location. In addition to our base compensation, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including performance-based bonuses to full-time employees.
