Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement
    • Serve as a lead or supporting advisor in client meetings.
    • Translate client conversations into actionable plans and follow-ups.
    • Manage ongoing client communication and financial planning deliverables.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Build and maintain comprehensive client files.
    • Create and update core planningdeliverables such ascash flow projections, beneficiary reviews, tax analyses, investment plans, etc.
    • Partner withother advisors to develop and refine advanced planning strategies.
  • Investment Strategy
    • Prepare and present Investment Policy Statements (IPS).
    • Monitor client portfolios andprepare trades for approval as needed.
    • Analyze existing investment portfolios and provide recommendations for new investment accounts.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with client attorneys, accountants, and our operations team to ensure timely and accurate implementation of recommendations.
    • Participate in internal committees and planning meetings.
    • Provide backup support for incoming client calls and customer service issues to ensure a seamless client experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • CFP designation
  • 1-3 yearsof experience working in financial services (client advisory or paraplanner roles preferred)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills
  • A mindset rooted in humility, curiosity, and lifelong learning
