Senior Paraplanner

Firm: Ausperity Private Wealth  

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 (**compensation commensurate with experience) + 10% Annual Bonus

Location:  Moorestown, NJ (On-Site, Monday-Friday)

Type: Full-Time

Role Overview - The paraplanner will play a central role in supporting ongoing client relationships and strengthening the firm's financial planning and service delivery model. This individual will work closely with lead advisors to manage client engagement, coordinate planning deliverables, and ensure seamless execution of all follow-up and service-related tasks.


This is a client-facing, planning-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys both relationship management and technical financial planning work, and who thrives in a fast-paced, team-based RIA environment.

Key Responsibilities


Client Relationship Management and Service Support

  • Manage and support ongoing relationships alongside lead advisors to ensure a high-touch client experience 
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for client service needs and relationship coordination 
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively support advisors in delivering timely, thoughtful responses 
  • Help maintain continuity and consistency across all client interactions 

Meeting Prep and Follow-Up Execution

  • Coordinate and schedule client review meetings across advisory teams 
  • Prepare advisors for client meetings, including agendas, planning summaries, and supporting materials 
  • Attend client meetings as needed, capture detailed notes, and ensure accurate documentation 
  • Draft and send post-meeting client communications with clear next steps and action items 
  • Own and execute follow-up tasks to ensure timely completion and accountability 

Financial Planning Support

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive financial plans 
  • Utilize financial planning software (e.g., eMoney or similar tools) to support analysis, modeling, and recommendations 
  • Help translate advisor recommendations into actionable planning deliverables for clients 
  • Support ongoing updates to financial plans based on client life changes and market conditions 

Operational Coordination & Service Consistency

  • Ensure all client service tasks are completed accurately, consistently, and on time 
  • Coordinate internally with advisors and support staff to manage workflow priorities 
  • Help standardize and improve service processes across the client experience lifecycle 
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and tracking across client engagements

Requirements

 Qualifications

  • 3-7+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or RIA advisory support 
  • CFP designation preferred (not required) or actively pursuing certification 
  • Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investment fundamentals, and client advisory workflows 
  • Experience with financial planning tools (eMoney preferred or comparable platforms) 
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities 
  • High degree of ownership, accountability, and follow-through 
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong client-first philosophy

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (commensurate with experience) + 10% Annual Bonus
