Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in the Wealth Management industry while working with a dynamic, multigenerational team of professionals? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ParaPlanner Intern to join us. In this role, you'll support our team with office operations, scheduling, and team coordination while contributing to relationship management and client service. This internship offers a unique opportunity to explore the financial planning profession, develop valuable skills, and potentially transition into a long-term role.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial analyses and plans tailored to client needs.
  • Support the analysis, rebalancing, and administration of client investment portfolios.
  • Conduct investment research and provide detailed reports and insights.
  • Assist in processing client service requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Develop and implement workflows and procedures to optimize team efficiency and enhance the client experience.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate and fulfill client needs.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
