We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate/Paraplanner to join our team. This is an entry-level position, with room for development and growth.
What You Will do as a Client Service Associate / Paraplanner
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by processing client service requests, including account updates, money movement and client agreements.
• Provide seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to complete meeting preparation (Running various reports, etc.) and follow up.
• Complete required training, assessments, performance goals and continuing education requirements
• Participate in various training programs and seminars to increase performance of work
• Pursue training in financial products to suit a variety of objectives and risk levels
• Work with financial advisors to help clients to determine financial and investment needs and utilize sales skills to effectively recommend suitable financial products
• Assist financial advisor in identifying investment referral opportunities from new clients

Compensation and Benefits
• Base Salary: $55,000

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, sales, marketing or related field
• Required to have or pass within the first 2 years - SIE Exam, Series 7, Series 66
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-confidence, personal integrity, and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility
• Ability to listen to client needs and provide financial solutions
• Exemplary communication, presentation, time-management, analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Motivated to learn and succeed. Attention to detail
• Ability to network with professional and personal communities
• Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessments
• To qualify, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without requiring, now or in the future, sponsorship for employment visa status.
