What you'll do

We're looking for a strategic, hands-on Senior Manager, People Operations to lead our global People Operations function, ensuring clear communication, efficient workflows, and exceptional service. We're seeking a proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented leader who can manage zero defect processes across the employee lifecycle with high-velocity and exceptional accuracy. In addition to owning all Workday data and processes, this role will transform the work to an agentic led support model ensuring our processes, controls, and employee experience scale with the business all while nurturing an engaged high-performance team.

Please note: This role is open to US Remote locations. If hired in Dublin, Ireland, the role will be hybrid, with the expectation that the individual will come into the office twice per week.

This position is a people manager role reporting to the Director, People Technology and Operations.

Responsibility

  • Design and execute global people operations delivery across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, manager updates) that ensures flawless execution of processes and systems while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supports our digital-first approach

  • Transform HR service delivery experience to an Agentic first model, improving employee experience and operational efficiency

  • Lead the global People Operations team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management to foster a high-performing, engaged team

  • Establish comprehensive documentation (playbooks and runbooks) for all operational processes, and institute ongoing training to ensure team knowledge and proficiency

  • Collaborate with Data Management to ensure compliance with all Audit and regulatory standards throughout the employee lifecycle, guaranteeing consistent workflow delivery

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of Workday transactions and requests, managing urgent or sensitive tasks as needed, and troubleshooting inquiries related to processes and systems

  • Track and analyze people operations metrics, including efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance

  • Manage general HR inquiries and COE requests on policies, benefits, employee data, and verifications leveraging AI and the ServiceNow ticketing system with rigorous commitment to service deadlines and a high customer experience

  • Lead ad-hoc projects, process improvements, and documentation for People Operations, Data Management, and HR teams, with increasing responsibility for ownership and maintenance

  • Perform additional responsibilities based on business needs

Job Designation

Remote: Employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote work location for the majority of the time.

What you bring

Basic

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations or a related role in a complex, scaling environment

  • 4+ years of managing global remote teams to deliver their work in a high-stakes, detail-oriented work environment

  • Experience with Workday (data model, reporting, security, and the operational impact of configuration decisions across core HR processes)

  • Experience with working in virtual teams across multiple regions, time zones, and cultures across the world

  • Experience designing and evolving an AI-first HR service delivery model (e.g., ServiceNow), including intelligent intake, automated routing and response, and SLA optimization

  • Experience translating complex technical information for non-technical audiences and fostering cross-functional alignment

Preferred

  • HR Credentials (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)

  • Exposure to global employment models (multi-country compliance, regional policy alignment)

  • Experience working with technical and systems teams to implement operational processes

  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing cross-organizational teams

  • Experience using AI tools (Gemini, NotebookLM, or Glean) to automate repeatable processes that boost productivity and enhance customer experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and operational rigor
