Vice President of Operations – Northwest Region (Hospice)


An exciting multi-state executive opportunity is available with our client, a top provider in the hospice care industry. As the Vice President of Operations for the Northwest Region, you will play a pivotal role in shaping organizational strategy and ensuring a best-in-class hospice experience for patients and their families. This leadership position is ideal for compassionate, strategic professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact in the states assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational oversight of multiple hospice locations within the Northwest region, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Guide and support day to day operations, clinical, administrative, and support teams, fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies that enhance efficiency, compliance, and organizational performance.
- Partner with executive leadership to set objectives, allocate resources, and achieve organizational goals.
- Ensure continued compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal quality standards.
- Drive process improvements, evaluate program outcomes, and facilitate ongoing staff development.
