The role
The Vice President of Operations is responsible for building and scaling a world-class global operations infrastructure that enables aggressive domestic and international growth. This executive leader will drive operational transformation across supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing partnerships, inventory planning, systems optimization, and global market expansion.
This role requires a proven operator who has successfully led large-scale operational growth, international expansion, and business transformation within a regulated consumer products or nutraceutical environment. The VP of Operations serves as a strategic business partner to executive leadership and as an operational enabler, delivering scalable systems, margin expansion, service excellence, and organizational capability.

Performance qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field required
  • Advanced degree preferred

Experience
  • 12+ years of progressive operational leadership experience
  • 5+ years in Director-level leadership or above
  • 3+ years leading global operations for a multinational organization
  • Proven experience scaling operations during high-growth phases
  • Demonstrated success in international expansion and operational transformation
  • Experience integrating acquisitions and global operational infrastructures

Industry expertise
  • Nutraceuticals, food manufacturing, CPG, supplements, powder, ready-to-drink, or regulated manufacturing environments strongly preferred
  • Experience within FDA-regulated environments and familiarity with 21 CFR 111, 117, and FSMA
  • Strong background in global logistics, customs, and international compliance

Technical & leadership capabilities
  • Expertise in ERP, MRP, and digital supply chain systems
  • Strong financial acumen including P&L and COGS ownership
  • Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
