Bluffdale, Utah • Full-Time • Reports to CEO
We're a global audio technology company entering a significant phase of operational and market growth. We're looking for a VP of Operations to set the strategy, scale the systems, and create the conditions for our operational teams to perform at their best.
Reporting to the CEO, this role is accountable for the overall performance of our global operational engine-spanning supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, quality, facilities, and IT-and for ensuring seamless cross-functional alignment with our revenue, product, and finance teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Translate company strategy into operational architecture-evolving the systems, processes, and infrastructure that enable our teams to execute reliably as we grow
  • Provide strategic direction for the global supply chain, ensuring resilience and long-term risk management while the team drives day-to-day execution
  • Partner with Product and Engineering on new product launches, product line optimization, and disciplined end-of-life transitions
  • Establish the visibility, metrics, and accountability frameworks that help operational teams perform and continuously improve
  • Set the direction for facilities and IT as integrated infrastructure, ensuring they support performance, compliance, and scale across regions
  • Strengthen the operational leadership team and ensure every function has the clarity and resources to perform

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 7-10+ years of progressive operations leadership in hardware, electronics, audio-visual, or similar industries
  • Experience leading across supply chain, manufacturing, or distribution in a global context-with a track record of enabling strong functional teams
  • ISO 9001 or similar quality management system experience
  • Familiarity with IT systems, infrastructure, or cybersecurity in an operational setting
  • A collaborative, systems-level thinker who leads through influence and builds trust across functions
  • Bachelor's degree in operations, engineering, supply chain, business, or related field

IDEALLY, YOU ALSO HAVE
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • Experience with new product introductions alongside Product and Engineering
  • APICS/ASCM, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications
