A leading global asset manager is seeking a Sr. Operations Analyst – Private Credit Operations to support the operational lifecycle of private credit investments, including deal execution, settlement, loan administration, post-close activity, and private markets data management.

This is a strong opportunity for someone with middle office operations experience who wants to build deeper exposure within private credit, a growing investment strategy focused on areas such as corporate debt, asset-based securities, and infrastructure debt. The role offers cross-functional exposure across investment operations, valuations, investment management, fund services, legal, compliance, technology, and client relationship teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support investment and legal teams with closings, amendments, and transaction management
  • Help resolve settlement issues, payment discrepancies, and post-settlement activity
  • Maintain private markets data and support updates across internal systems
  • Assist with process improvement, operating model enhancements, and cross-functional projects

Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of operations, investment operations, fund accounting, or fund administration experience
  • Private credit experience strongly preferred
  • Experience reviewing credit agreements, amendments, payoffs, or loan documents is a plus
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data and internal systems
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently

This is a great fit for someone who wants to join a growing private credit platform, gain broader exposure across private markets, and contribute to the buildout of scalable operational processes within a large investment management firm.
