Operations Senior Analyst (IKC)

Position Summary:

DaVita Integrated Kidney Care (DaVita IKC) is seeking an Operations Senior Analyst to support the execution of high-impact clinical and operational initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to wear many hats, serving as a critical architect closing operational gaps to ensure seamless execution. Your contributions will range from hands-on manual data tracking and PowerPoint creation to high-stakes, strategic data analyses.

Our Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Medicare Advantage programs represent a key strategic evolution for Davita moving beyond traditional kidney care towards comprehensive primary care outcomes for our patients. To succeed, we need robust, actionable data and a teammate who can bridge the gap between analytics and clinical operations. If you are looking for a role where you can learn the business from the ground up and see the direct impact of your work on the patient care, this is it.

Team Summary:

You will be joining a newly formed, rapidly evolving team dedicated to supporting commercial CKD patients within a Value-Based Care framework; one of the most dynamic and strategically significant sectors in healthcare today. Because we are a "start-up" within a large organization, priorities shift quickly. We are looking for a teammate who is comfortable "filling the gaps". We are looking for a teammate who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty with manual data and a "scrappy" attitude to solution, but who also has the business acumen to assemble high-stakes materials for executive-level reviews. This role offers unparalleled exposure to diverse business facets and a steep professional growth curve for those eager to lead the future of healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate Data to Action: Architect and manage project dashboards, trackers & tools. You will synthesize complex data trends into streamlined operational workflows that drive care gap closures and maximize patient engagement.
  • Performance Management & Intervention: Actively monitor KPIs to identify performance variances and operational bottlenecks. You will be responsible for pinpointing key areas for intervention, recommending course corrections, and collaborating with operational leaders to ensure program goals are met.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of clinical and non-clinical teammate interactions to ensure clinical workflows are executed with precision and documented in alignment with program standards.
  • Deck Creation & Executive Reporting: Prepare analytical insights, leadership readouts, and presentation materials for audiences ranging from local management meetings up to the executive suite reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience
    • Bachelor's degree required; concentration in business, healthcare, analytics, or a related field preferred.
    • 2-4 years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare analytics, or process improvement.

  • Key Skills
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
    • Analytical mindset; ability to dive into data to understand trends
    • Ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
    • Eager to learn, problem-solve, and contribute to team success
    • Strong communication skills;

  • Technical Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data manipulation)
    • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint;
    • Copilot or other AI solutioning experience helpful
