Our client, a growing manufacturer of industrial and packaging products, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to provide strategic leadership in market analysis, product commercialization, branding, and customer engagement. This role will drive both short-term revenue opportunities and long-term growth strategies, serving as the bridge between market opportunities, product development, sales growth, and customer engagement.


What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and growth initiatives
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback collection to identify growth opportunities
  • Identify new markets, applications, products, and customer segments to drive business diversification
  • Lead brand strategy and develop messaging that communicates the company's value proposition
  • Own go-to-market (GTM) strategy and develop integrated marketing plans supporting product launches
  • Lead cross-functional product launch initiatives ensuring successful market adoption
  • Develop and execute digital marketing, content marketing, trade show, and lead generation campaigns
  • Create sales tools, presentations, and collateral that empower the sales team
  • Support customer acquisition, retention, and growth through strategic marketing programs
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to align strategies and achieve business objectives
