Established nearly two centuries ago, FM is a leading mutual insurance company whose capital, scientific research capability and engineering expertise are solely dedicated to property risk management and the resilience of its policyholder-owners. These owners, who share the belief that the majority of property loss is preventable, represent many of the world's largest organizations, including one of every four Fortune 500 companies. They work with FM to better understand the hazards that can impact their business continuity to make cost-effective risk management decisions, combining property loss prevention with insurance protection.
About The Job
We are seeking a Senior Program and Change Consultant who combines strong leadership presence with hands-on execution. Change Management:
  • Lead all aspects of change management, including leadership enablement, training, communication, and readiness.

Risk and Issue Management:
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to protect timelines and outcomes.

  • Proven ability to operate independently, drive clarity in ambiguous environments, and take ownership of outcomes.
  • Demonstrated expertise in architecting comprehensive business solutions, integrating people, process, and technology, to drive effective organizational transformation.
  • Strong track record of confidently engaging and influencing executives and senior leaders.

Skills
  • Leadership:
Lead from the front-setting direction, driving alignment, and enabling a high-performing team through clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
