The Role

As part of the Learning and Enablement organization, you will work as a member of the Market Enablement team. This is role will support various projects across the IICG organization and the Investment Sales Desk. This role will be responsible for the design, development, and creation of impactful learning solutions, leveraging innovative design and media tools. You will ideate, develop, and refine new learning strategies and processes while managing complex learning projects. Additionally, you will serve as one of the team's points of contact for our learning and enablement platform, Allego. Thinking creatively and innovating across our deliverables with Allego capabilities will be a top focus of this role.

The Skills and Expertise You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2-5 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design

  • Proven background in innovative, effective instructional design and user experience design

  • Ability to identify and leverage an array of learning mediums and tools to drive impact and engagement.

  • Strong performance consulting skills

  • Eagerness to innovate and think differently.

  • Familiarity with PPT design and Allego are a plus

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner

  • Familiarity with instructional design practices and adult learning theory.

  • Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video, and authoring tools

  • Ability to lead, design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.

  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management.

  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or obtainedwithin 90 days.

The Learning and Enablement team is instrumental in ensuring that the Fidelity Institutional client facing teams have the knowledge and skills necessary to execute on the goals set forth by the business. Our ability to anticipate business needs and build targeted solutions to enable our sales and relationship management teams is what differentiates our team.

Fidelity's Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
