  • Serve as BNP’s marketing leader and strategic partner to the VP of Revenue and organizational leadership, establishing priorities and focusing resources on the highest-impact initiatives.
  • Manage the organization-wide marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns across departments, programs, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices that strengthen BNP’s marketing capabilities.

Brand, Content & Communications

  • Oversee content strategy and development across digital platforms, newsletters, social media, reports, presentations, print collateral, and other channels.
  • Translate complex economic, policy, workforce, and business issues into clear, compelling communications that demonstrate BNP’s value and impact.
  • Identify strategic content and communications partnerships that expand BNP’s reach and influence.

Events & Program Marketing

  • Partner with program and event owners to develop campaign timelines, audience strategies, messaging, and promotional plans for talent and leadership programs, signature events, advocacy initiatives, and other offerings.
  • Use registration, engagement, and conversion data to optimize campaigns and increase participation

Revenue Generation & Digital Marketing

  • Create targeted, audience-driven campaigns that move prospective and existing audiences from awareness to engagement and measurable action.
  • Partner with Membership and Revenue Operations to strengthen lead generation, connect marketing activity to CRM and revenue outcomes, and improve the marketing-to-sales funnel.
  • Optimize BNP’s digital presence, marketing automation, personalization, segmentation, and engagement to strengthen the audience’s experience and drive desired actions.

  • Establish and track key performance indicators across campaigns and channels, including audience growth, engagement, lead generation, conversion, and event/program participation.
  • Use HubSpot, website, email, social, CRM, and other available data to evaluate performance and inform marketing decisions.
  • Continuously test and optimize audiences, messaging, channels, and tactics based on results.
  • Regularly communicate marketing performance, opportunities, and recommendations to organizational leadership.

Team & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and develop BNP’s marketing team, establishing clear priorities, responsibilities, and performance expectations.

  • Manage agencies, freelancers, vendors, and other external marketing resources as needed.
  • Lead or coordinate marketing and communications for the NY SMART I-Corridor and other major strategic initiatives.

Requirements
