The Senior Learning Experience Designer will combine instructional design expertise with creative content development skills to build engaging learning experiences across technology, systems, and enterprise initiatives. This position is responsible for creating practical, learner-focused content from eLearning modules and job aids to videos and instructor-led sessions.


  • Design, develop, and maintain learning content including eLearning modules, tutorials, videos, presentations, and assessments.
  • Own end-to-end project management of learning initiatives from needs analysis through evaluation.
  • Deliver training sessions to diverse audiences, both virtually and in-person.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, engaging, and outcome-driven learning experiences.
  • Manage course content in the 360Learning LMS — publishing, reporting, and analyzing engagement.
  • Administer and maintain LMS platform, including user tracking, reporting, and content versioning.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, engineers, and stakeholders to validate accuracy and relevance.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for training technology platforms and vendor relationships.
  • Contribute to learning strategy, roadmap development, and a growing library of reusable content and training standards.

  • Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
  • Experience with AI-assisted content development tools as part of an active content workflow.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with comfort delivering live and recorded training.
  • Experience managing LMS platforms and content end-to-end, including analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive initiatives from design through delivery.
  • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and learning science.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum Required: 6+ years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development, or learning experience design.

  • Minimum Required: None.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Suite, including PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Working knowledge of ADDIE, SAM, or comparable instructional design framework.
