The ideal candidate is not limited to traditional UX execution, but brings a broader XD mindset that spans user research, experience strategy, interaction design, visual design, systems thinking, prototyping, and usability validation. This person should be comfortable moving from ambiguous problem framing to detailed design execution, with the ability to help shape product direction across device interfaces, software experiences, service workflows, and future AI-driven solutions. Success in this role requires strong design judgment, sensitivity to craft, fluency in tools such as Figma, FigJam, and Miro, and the ability to work across disciplines and global teams to create experiences that are useful, usable, and cohesive.
