Job Description - Senior ConsultantPosition Purpose

The Senior Consultant at Radost Solutions LLC serves as a seasoned advisor and delivery leader on client engagements. In this role, you will take ownership of complex workstreams, potentially guide junior team members, and serve as a primary point of contact for client stakeholders. Senior Consultants are expected to bring deep domain expertise, independent judgment, and a track record of driving measurable outcomes across program and project management, business operations, process improvement, and technology enablement. This role demands executive-level communication skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to Radost’s standards of quality and professionalism.

Essential Functions

Note: The scope and emphasis of functions listed below are representative of a general consulting engagement. Actual responsibilities will vary based on client need, engagement type, and practice area assignment.

Client Engagement Delivery
  • Leads and owns end-to-end delivery of complex consulting engagements across assigned client accounts
  • Defines engagement scope, translates client objectives into structured project plans, and sets milestones and success criteria
  • Designs and leads workshops, discovery sessions, working groups, and executive steering committee meetings
  • Proactively manages scope, timeline, budget, and risk; escalates issues with recommended resolution paths
  • Authors and owns high-quality client deliverables including status reports, roadmaps, frameworks, and executive presentations
Analysis and Solution Design
  • Leads current-state assessments and diagnostic analyses across people, process, technology, and organizational dimensions
  • Synthesizes qualitative and quantitative findings into clear, actionable insights and prioritized recommendations
  • Designs solution frameworks, target operating models, and implementation roadmaps aligned to client strategy
  • Develops and presents business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and investment prioritization models to executive audiences
  • Serves as a thought leader on structured problem-solving, guiding teams through ambiguous and high-complexity challenges
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
  • Builds and maintains trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C-suite and VP-level leaders
  • Leads client communication strategy; delivers findings, recommendations, and status updates with executive presence
  • Drives alignment and consensus across cross-functional teams, business units, and competing stakeholder priorities
  • Designs and delivers executive briefings, board-ready presentations, and strategic recommendation packages
  • Serves as a senior representative of Radost Solutions, actively strengthening client relationships and firm reputation
Documentation and Knowledge Management
  • Establishes documentation standards and ensures consistent, high-quality knowledge capture across the engagement
  • Develops and oversees project workbooks, RACI matrices, decision logs, governance materials, and meeting notes
  • Designs deliverables structured for long-term client operationalization beyond the engagement period
  • Creates and contributes reusable tools, methodologies, and frameworks to Radost’s internal practice knowledge base
  • Plans and executes knowledge transfer programs to build client capability and ensure sustainable outcomes
Business Development Support
  • Identifies, qualifies, and drives expansion opportunities within existing client accounts; develops account growth strategies
  • Leads or co-leads proposal development, SOW scoping, and capability presentations for new and existing clients
  • Maintains current knowledge of market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging practices in Radost’s core areas
  • Actively represents Radost Solutions at industry events, networking forums, and marketing initiatives
Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesRequired:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, business operations, program or project management, or a related advisory field
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder engagements and delivering measurable client outcomes
  • Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving skills; able to independently frame problems, design analytical approaches, and synthesize findings at an executive level
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; experienced in presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration platforms (Teams, SharePoint, or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants and analysts within a team or engagement context
Preferred:
  • Prior career experience at a recognized management consulting firm or professional services organization
  • Deep expertise in two or more domains: PMO, organizational change management, process excellence, technology enablement, or enterprise transformation
  • Active project or program management certification (PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent)
  • Advanced proficiency in business analysis and requirements disciplines including BRDs, use cases, process mapping, and solution design documentation
  • Experience serving as engagement or workstream lead on programs exceeding $1M in budget or spanning multiple fiscal years
  • Deep industry experience in one or more of Radost’s core verticals: insurance, energy, healthcare, financial services, or government
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Primarily remote with travel to client sites as required by engagement scope (typically less than 10%)
  • Standard business hours with flexibility based on client engagement needs and time zones
  • Extended screen time, virtual collaboration, and periodic on-site travel for workshops or program milestones
  • May be assigned to a single dedicated client engagement or multiple concurrent engagements depending on scope and capacity
Performance Standards
  • Consistently delivers complex, high-quality client work products on time, within scope, and to or above client expectations
  • Receives strong positive feedback from client stakeholders and leadership; recognized as a trusted advisor
  • Demonstrates leadership in developing junior team members, sharing expertise, and elevating the overall quality of engagement delivery
  • Proactively identifies and pursues business development opportunities, contributing to Radost’s growth and market presence
  • Models and reinforces Radost’s professional standards, values, and culture in all internal and client-facing situations
Compensation Grade

Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and engagement type. Radost Solutions offers competitive rates for W2 contract, 1099, and full-time placements. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
